Is there a contract, or can I stop whenever?+
Packages run month to month — we ask for 30 days' notice if you want to wind down, and that's it. No annual lock-in. We'd rather you stay because the traffic's growing than because a contract says you have to.
How fast will I actually see rankings move?+
Honestly? Organic is a slow burn. First drafts land in week two, everything's published and indexed by week four, and you'll usually see real ranking movement on the pages we targeted around month three. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is selling you something.
Do you write for technical products I'd have to explain?+
Yep — dev tools, APIs, fintech, vertical SaaS. Our writers can read a changelog and a pricing doc without their eyes glazing over. We'll spend a kickoff call learning your product so the copy reads like an insider, not a generalist filling a word count.
What if a draft comes back and it's just… not it?+
Every piece includes a round of revisions, and we'd much rather you tell us it's off than publish something you're lukewarm on. Give us notes, we'll rework it. The point is content you'd actually put your name on.
How does billing work?+
Monthly packages are invoiced net-15 at the start of each month. One-off add-ons get invoiced when you order them. No setup fee, no per-word surprises — the number we quote is the number you pay.
